1. Returns & Refunds.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, our returns policy ensures you can return items with ease.

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition—unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

1.1 How to Return:

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

1.2 Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-7 working days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

2.1 If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [Your Email], providing photographic evidence of the damage.
2.2 We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.

3. Damaged Parcels

3.1 If you receive a damaged or opened parcel from us, please do not accept the delivery. Royal Mail or the courier company will return the package to us, and we will either resend your order or refund your payment.

3.2 If the package is accepted and missing or damaged items are found, TK Nails Shop does not take responsibility. Please note we are unable to file claims with the postal company in such cases.

4. Returns Due to Incorrect Delivery Address & Non-Collection from a Local Royal Mail Sorting Office

4.1 If a customer provides an incorrect delivery address or fails to collect their item from the local Royal Mail sorting office, the item will be returned to us. In this case, we will deduct the original postage costs from any refund.
4.2 If the customer wishes to have the package resent, an additional postage fee will apply according to Royal Mail rates.
